The objective of UNITY is to unite diverse peole with new ideas and introduce a forum of togetherness for today's youth. Our task as campus leaders is to facilitate discussions and create understanding among our peers in areas related to racial, religious, ethnic, and social prejudices and to promote tolerance and the celebration of diversity. We work toward accomplishing these goals on a personal, class, campus-wide, and community level. This is accomplished through class work (discussions, activities, and projects), attending UNITY camp, facilitation in UNITY forums and participation in community events.
