to Norco High School—Home of the Cougars!
Here
are a few rules and guidelines for all visitors:
1.
All
visitors must sign-in at the Front Desk in the Administration Office. Please
inform the receptionist of your name, the name of the person you are meeting with,
and your estimated time of stay.
2.
You will be given a badge with your name
on it.
Dropping
off items
If
you wish to drop off lunch, money, school materials, homework, uniforms and any
other school related items for your student, please have your student’s first
and last name and ID number, if known, or else his or her grade clearly written
on the item(s). The receptionist
will send your student a note to inform him/her that their items are at the
Front Office and should be picked up at the end of their class.
**When
dropping off food for your child’s lunch, it is best to drop off their lunch at
least 30 minutes before their lunch starts. That way, we have a better chance of informing your student
when lunch has arrived. Please

Birthday/Holiday
Flowers and Balloons
It
is District policy that deliveries flowers and/or balloons are not accepted for students during school hours.
Please refrain from doing so, it is best to wait until after school to
surprise your student with his/her gifts.
Visiting Former Teachers
Although
we are very happy to see our alumni come back for a visit, visiting former
teachers is not allowed during school hours. Norco High School is a closed campus. Please call your former teacher and/or
e-mail them before visiting to set up a time and a date for this occasion.
Pulling Your Student Out Early
Parents must come to the Attendance Office,
located in the Administration building behind the Front Desk, to pull out their
student. Parents/Guardians must
show ID and give a reason for having to pull their child out early. It is also
possible to call ahead of time and inform the Attendance Office by dialing
(951) 736-3247.
